WOW! Fantastic, brilliant, wonderful! Jamie and I could not be happier right now with how Saturday evening went! This is just a short note to thank everyone that was involved with what was a truly memorable evening. In the end everything ran far more smoothly than expected, and we hope that a wonderful time was enjoyed by all that attended. A big thank you must go out to all of the acts and volunteers that attended who all gave up their time to support an extremely worthy cause. Early indications suggest that we have raised a minimum of £17,000 and this figure could rise up to around £24,000 dependent upon various factors, and collecting all remaining funds. Anyone who has donated to the Richard Freed Memorial Cabaret, should therefore be given a huge pat on the back for contributing to a final figure which will by far exceed all possible realistic expectation! We also hope that we have succeeded in our goal of raising awareness of the British Heart Foundation and everything they contribute to reducing the risk of heart disease in the UK.
